Karnapidasana
In the pose of karnapidasana there is a stretch of full backside and contraction of full front side of the body. It gives fantastic result for:
- Fat reduction all over body and shapes the body.
- Cure all diseases related to abdomen.
- Gives all benefits of Halasana
- Deafness or any ear problem is cured
- Strengthens muscles of the neck and shoulders
- It is significantly beneficial if you give more pressure on the ears with both the knees
Let me explain a few simple instructions that have to be followed for performing this asana
Instructions:
First perform Halasana, then spread your legs a little and take knees towards ears, try to touch knees to the ears, slowly while exhaling take legs and back down on the floor. We can start with asana at least four times daily.
This asana is difficult to perform but with some practice any person can perform it.
This asana makes muscles of the affected part flexible, strong, gives elasticity and helps to reduce fat.
Please note that a person suffering from any back problem should not perform this asana.
