Mandukasana
In the pose of Mandukasana, there is a stretch on upper half back of the body and contraction of the abdomen. There is a lot of pressure on the stomach, especially on pancreas. So if the organs in the abdomen are due to any reason, working slowly, than this asana helps correct the problem.
Benefits:• This asana is best for a diabetic patient.
• Good for stomach and intestine.
• Removes constipation
Let me explain a few simple instructions that have to be followed for performing this asana

Sit either in Vajrasana or Padmasana with a comfortable sitting position, then shut palms and put on umbilical region, exhale fully (breath out totally), slowly bend body forward, hold your breath till you can then slowly come up with inhalation (breathing in). Repeat it at least four times.
