Salabhasana
In the posture of Sulabhasana front line of the body is stretched and full body is also extensively stretched that leads to all the parts getting exercise.
Benefits:- Pain in lower back, joints pain in hands and legs and sciatica pain is reduced and cured
- Fat on the back is reduced
- Increases the working capacity and strengthens the lungs
- Strengthens back and neck
- Cures gastric trouble
Lie down facing the floor. Put your palms below your thighs. Then slowly lift left leg while breathing in. Hold till you can with normal breathing. And then take your leg down slowly while exhaling. Repeat it with the other leg. Do it with both the legs together if you can or try it after some days of practice.
Ulcer patient should never practice this asana.
