Sarvangasana
In this posture of Sarvangasana we can see that only shoulders and head are on the floor and otherwise rest of the body straight up off the floor, towards the sky (or roof of the place). So this is the best alternative of Shirsasana. So we can get most of the benefits of Shirsasana.

Instructions:
Lie down on your back on the floor; lift both the legs together in a ninety degree position, slowly lift your back, if necessary support with palm (hand) lift towards sky or roof, hold till you can, and then slowly come back to normal position. This asana is very good for the entire body.
