This position help your body to relax completely The legs are stretched out straight in a v position and the arms at about 15 degrees away from the body.
Keep the hands straight next to your body with fingers half-bent. The feet are kept a little apart. The hands also should be a few inches away from the body.
Keep your eyes closed. Breathing can be regular and rhythmic. Concentrate only on your breathing. This is called "Praanaadhaarana".
