Sleeping Konasana (it is also called Katimardanasana)
Lie down with the back on the floor, spread hands horizontally to shoulder level, lift left leg up till ninety degree and then move towards right leg side and take towards shoulder, try to touch foot toe to left hand’s fingers and if possible hold left foot toe with right palm. And move head left side. Hold till you can. Then slowly come down normal. And repeat this procedure with right leg with opposite. This asana also at least we can repeat for four times with each leg.
