Yoga for Constipation
Now a day’s constipation is a very common
problem for people having a sedative life. Though you might be
working long hours it mainly involves sitting on your chair in
the office and not doing exercise regularly. With few days of
regular yoga exercises, this can be cured.
This involves doing Kapalbhati pranayama, Agnisara pranayama.and Anulomvilom pranayam as well as in asana, Vajrasana, Pavanmuktasana rolling, Sarvangasana and Dhanurasana. They are explained below:

- Uddyan bandhha and Agnisaara which is also called bahya pranayam
