Yoga for Diabetes
When sugar level goes high in the blood due to lack of insulin secretion it leads to diabetes. First we must understand why this happens! It may be hereditary, obesity, or due to stress. So many people I know are not fat but suffer from heart disease, diabetes or arthritis.
So only hypoglycemic tablet or only yogasana alone will never totally cure this. But both together will surely help to control. One must remember that diabetes is controllable but not curable. It is certain that if you regularly follow medicine and yoga, gradually you can stop medicine and only yoga controls it in long run. Now here I will suggest some of yogic exercise for diabetes.

- Mandukasana
- Ardha Uttanpadasana
- Dhanurasana
- Kapalbhati Pranayama
- Uddyan bandhha and Agnisaara which is also called bahya pranayam
- Anulomvilom
If all these are followed regularly diabetes can be controlled 100%.
