Yoga for Physical Fitness
Pranayama is the most important and impressive yogasana. It is recommended for mental peace and physical fitness. For any kind of illness, pranayama is very useful.
Here, I will suggest the yogic parts that we can practice everyday for a healthy life These are very simple and not very time consuming. Hence, can be carried out by individuals with a hectic schedule with ease.
These are six important pranayamas which keeps our body healthy, removes diseases if any, helps to maintain weight and most importantly removes fatigue.
Six important Pranayama's
To perform all these pranayama’s we have to sit in Padmasana or Sidhhasana or Sukhasana, in any one dhyana position.
- Bhasarika Pranayama
- Kapalbhati Pranayam
- Uddyan bandhha and Agnisaara which is also called bahya pranayam
- Anulomvilom
- Bhramari pranayam
- Udgirth pranayam
It is claimed by Ramdev swami of Haridwara (Himalaya) that any disease can be cured by these pranayam. But the person suffering with any physical / chronic disorder should be first cured with some medicines and some suitable yoga activities and then followed by all these above written.
